TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Stillman College senior Amos Metto was named the HBCU Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the conference announced Monday, Sept. 23. This is Metto's first HBCU Athletic Conference weekly honor. He received the Southern States Athletic Conference Runner of the Week once in 2021-2022.

Metto led Stillman in its second race of the season Sept. 21 with an 8K time of 31:24.5 and a 6:19 average mile. It was his first 8K of the season.

Stillman College will return to action in October.
