Stillman men finish sixth at HBCUAC Championship

DANVILLE, Ala. – The Stillman men's cross country team competed in the HBCUAC Championship on Saturday, turning in a sixth-place finish as a group. The event featured all 12 HBCUAC teams and was held at Oakville Indian Mounds Park, where the Tigers have now competed twice in less than a month.

Wiley took home the conference crown despite Voorhees producing three of the top four individuals, including champion Bravin Bor (28:06.03). Both teams will advance to the NAIA National Championships in November.
Senior Kenneth Richardson II led the way for the Tigers, turning in a season-best time of 33:42.97 to find himself in 31st place individually. Richardson has now paced Stillman in two of the team's four meets this season after kicking off the 2025 in dominant fashion at Choctaw Trails.
Freshman Jordan Lewis set a new PR mark of 34:43.92 to earn 40th place, while Majesty Folds (35:01.00) and Con'darius McCorvey (35:16.95) took the next two spots respectively. Kentrell Bonner rounded out the scoring for Stillman, doing so with a new PR time of 37:25.53.
