HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Another day, another sweep for Stillman College softball. The Tigers traveled north to Huntsville on Sunday to take two from Oakwood University, 3-1 and 10-2.

Jasmine Wade (3-0) and
Elisabeth Boso (2-0) recorded the wins in the circle.
Carolyn Carter had two hits in each game to lead Stillman with four hits on the day, while
Lauren Haskins had three hits in the twin bill.
Bailie Seales,
Anniston Jones, Ivey Moreland,
Katelyn Lankford and
Paisley Wilson each had two hits.
All of Stillman's offense came in the first inning in Game 1 with three unearned runs. Carter had a two-run single that proved to be the winning runs. Wade allowed one unearned run off two hits and two walks through four innings for the win.
Lexi McCray recorded a save with three scoreless innings of relief. She allowed three hits and struck out three.
Stillman jumped out to a 4-0 lead in Game 2 and grew the lead to 8-0 in the fourth inning. Two more runs in the top of the fifth secured the run-rule victory. Boso struck out two and allowed one unearned run through three innings for the win.
Faith Byram pitched the last two innings, striking out two and allowing one hit off four hits.
Stillman (12-0) will return home Saturday, Feb. 24 to host Talladega College for a doubleheader at 1 p.m.
