Tigers Fall to SSAC Front-Runner Blue Mountain

BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. - Stillman College fought Friday night but fell in three sets to Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) front-runner Blue Mountain Christian University, 25-8, 25-10 and 25-16. 

Aeraeonna Manuel led Stillman with six kills and one ace, while Raine Patterson had five kills and one block. Madison Bubel also had an ace. 

Gracie Fjeldstad recorded eight digs, while Emily Powell and Anniston Jones each had six digs. 

Gigi Sasso led BMCU with nine kills. 

Stillman (0-10, 0-4 SSAC) will travel to University of Tennessee Southern on Saturday for a 1 p.m. SSAC match.
