Charnock will coach the outfielders and assist in hitting with a specialty in slapping. She played four years under Alison Cook-Sellers at Spring Hill College and finished her collegiate career as the SHC Female Student-Athlete of the Year after a senior season in which she hit for a .340 average with 54 hits including seven doubles, a triple, 44 runs scored, and 25 stolen bases. In her four-year career with the Badgers, she hit .347 and started all 189 games the Badgers played. Charnock tallied 194 total hits with 20 doubles, nine triples and 58 RBI. She also holds the SHC career records for walks (78), runs scored (152), and stolen bases (71). She was named All-SIAC First Team her senior season and All-SIAC Second Team her junior year. Charnock earned a spot on the SSAC Gold Glove Team and the All-West Division Team following her freshman season.

A native of Mobile, Ala., Charnock played at Baker High School under head coach Tony Scarbrough. She recorded 55 stolen bases during her senior year and was named All-County.

Charnock received a B.S. in Psychology with a focus in Health Science from Spring Hill and has spent the past year as an assistant in the athletic department, as well as interning with the strength and conditioning coach. She has worked the last 10 years with Camp Smile as a counselor and caretaker and the previous four years volunteering with United Cerebral Palsy.
