LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Stillman College women's basketball team saw a halftime lead go by the wayside, as the Arkansas Baptist College Buffaloes captured a 67-63 win over the Tigers Monday night in Buffalo Gymnasium.
Following the loss, Stillman drops to 3-3 on the season.

ABC opened a five-point lead with 6:24 on the opening quarter clock when Ah'Jaia Kenner hit a three-pointer to move the score to 9-4. After 11 ties or lead changes, the Tigers emerged with an 18-17 lead to end the quarter when Tenzia Lathan connected on a jumper with 31 seconds left.
Stillman built a five-point lead by 6:59 to go before half after another Lathan jumper pushed the tally to 25-20. The Buffaloes battled back to tie the score at 29-29 following a shot made by Zaccheya Jackson. However,
Tanyah Lockhart splashed a three-pointer with 12 seconds on the clock to give the Tigers a 32-29 halftime lead.
In the third, Stillman led by six points on four different occasions. Lathan hit a layup in transition with 9:39 on the clock to move the score to 35-29.
Kameryn Davidson hit a pair of free throws to go up 37-31 at the 8:38 mark. Later,
Jaida Minter connected on a fastbreak layup to go up 39-33 with 7:44 on the clock. The final time came with a Jayla Young West tip-in to push the score to 44-38 at 3:46. Despite this, ABC battled to take a 47-46 lead after three quarters.
The Tigers took a brief lead at 9:08 in the fourth when Lathan hit a shot to move the score to 48-47, but this would be the final lead for the Tigers on the night. Isis Woods hit a three-pointer on the next possession to make it 50-48. West tied the game with a layup at the 6:46 mark, but the Buffaloes pushed ahead by as much as five points on the way to a 67-63 win.

Tenyzia Lathan had the hot hand with 21 points alongside seven rebounds, two steals and an assist.

Mya Jones went for 15 points, three rebounds, an assist and a steal.
-Jadia Minter led on the boards with 13 rebounds and added nine points, five assists and two steals.
Jordan Harris finished just behind Minter with 11 boards.
