PRIOR TO STILLMAN
Spent the 2019-20 season with Shelton State in Tuscaloosa, Ala., for head coach Joe Eatmon… led the Bucs to the Alabama Community College Conference State Championship as a redshirt sophomore… was named First Team All-State and Second Team All-Region… played in all 33 games and started 31 as SSCC rolled to a 28-5 finished and 15-2 record in the conference… scored 17 points, knocking down five 3-pointers against Snead State in the ACCC Championship Finals… averaged 12 points per game, 5.6 boards per game and shot 82.7 percent from the free-throw line… scored a career-high 29 points twice in January 2020 against Enterprise State and Snead State… totaled 426 points during the championship campaign… earned 2019 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and 2020 President’s List honors in the classroom... After Shelton State, Johnson logged 28 minutes in seven games during the 2020-2021 season at Jacksonville State University.

Prepped at Cleveland High School in Cleveland, Ala., for head coach Conny Lowery… was a five-year letter winner, making the varsity team as an eighth-grader… was a two-time area tournament MVP, three-time all-state selection and four-time all-region pick… was an Alabama Sports Writers Association Mr. Basketball finalist… 2017 AL.com Super All-State Third Team… finished his career as CHS’s all-time leading scorer with 2,558 career points… averaged 30.2 points, 16.4 rebounds, 6.0 blocks and 5.3 assists with the Panthers… recorded a triple-double (31 points, 12 boards and 10 blocks) during the 2016 AHSAA Northeast Regional against Collinsville High School at Pete Mathews Coliseum… competed in the Alabama North/South All-Star Game and AAU Alabama Challenge… won an AAU national championship in Orlando, Fla… lettered one season in football.
